Operation Maintenance Services Contract

Description:

This contract cover the provision of all necessary services, plants and equipments and personnel required to execute a total & integrated operation maintenance services.

The services under this contract include all activities related to cleaning and maintenance of facilities together with any minor plant modifications, plant and equipment hire , scaffolding, insulation, grit blasting and painting QA / QC services , and third party and procurement services .

Throughout this project , AFPC , Shell & ASAS planned of shutdowns for ( Omar, Tanak & Thayyem Fields) by considering those shutdowns as the first major ones in AFPC & Shell‘s history , meanwhile each shutdown had been executed safely in distinguishing period less than planned.

Consequently, ASAS won numerous awards regarding this performance.

Project Scope:

• Provision of plant and equipment-hire service.
• Provision of suitably qualified, experienced and competent labor in all trade disciplines, in a number appropriate to Client ongoing Operations Maintenance requirements.
• Provision of additional personnel as per contract rates for other work not included in the ongoing Operations Maintenance requirements (E.g.General labourers).
• Provision of material control, procurement, expediting & inspection and material handling service.
• Provision of HSE management service.
• Provision of planning, scheduling and cost control service.
• Provision of contract administration service.
• Provision of QA/QC management service.
• Provision of NDT(RT,UT,MT,PT Vacuum Box est of Tanks) & Hydro-Test.
• Provision of Grit Blasting & Painting Pipes,Tanks & Steel Structural Materials. (DFT,WFT,Hollday Test, Adhesion Test, Chloride, Dust & Iron Contamination).
• Provision of New Flowlines. Pipelines. Sections Replacement& New Piping Works.
• Provision of all soil works (Mechanical & Hand Digging Excavation, Backfilling, Replace Polluted Soil with New One, Roads, ...etc.).
• Provision of third party and vendor support service.
