Provision of 12” Oil Pipeline Construction Service

Description:

Due to the on-going upgrading of Oudeh Field located in North West of the Syrian Arab Republic by Oudeh Petroleum Company, a requirement has been identified to carryout engineering, procurement and construction of New 12” Pipeline from Oudeh Station to Scott Trunk Line and associated facilities.

Within a critical period with the absence of all kinds of security, ASAS Syria had taken an advantage step to execute this project despite of all the existed bad circumstances that faced it at that time & accomplished on its scheduled time.

Project Scope:

• Basic Engineering & Detailed Design.
• Construction Including (Site Preparation, Surveys, Earthwork, Boring Under Main Road & Railway with Insert Casing, Stringing, Welding, Radiograph, Apply Shrink Sleeves, Lowering, Tie-in’s, Splicing F.O.C, Backfilling & Hydro-test).
• Time Schedule & Progress Reporting.
• Documentation & Submittals.
• Deliverables Plan Including General Deliverables, Mechanical & Piping Work, Civil, Structural & Architectural Work, Electrical and Cathodic Protection System.
• Key Personnel.
• Quality Management System.
• Sub-Contractor Approval & Control.
