The recent crisis at Syrian Arab Republic has resulted in an increase of force majeure claims for the construction industry and has raised interesting and complex issues relative to force majeure clauses.  

ASAS ; from the beginning of Syrian Arab Republic Crisis earlier of 2011 up to now; and in spite of noticing the event of force majeure in Syria, it is considered as the only contractor that still working & resumed its commitments’ with its clients by not stopping activities at all.

This kind of decision ; working under force majeure; reflects clearly the sincere intention of providing ASAS services to all citizens by its assistance to continue the Production of Oil & Gas that supplying electrical stations & oil Refineries related to AFPC (Al-Furat Petroleum Company) & all other Syrian companies, where such of these services are but not limited to;
