The Aim of This Project is: Connecting the Power Supply from 66Kv Bus-Bar of SMAG Power Substation to EBLA Gas Plant Via Power Transformer 15MVA, 66/11Kv, Where the Exchange of the Power Supply Will be on the 66Kv Bus-Bar Allowing Power Supply Exchange Between GTP (EBLA Gas Treatment Plant) & SMAGP (South Middle Area Gas Plant) Independently of Public Network OR Supply Power from Public Network for One OR Both GTP & SMAGP, According to the Operational Philosophy which is Summarizing as the Following Five Scenarios:
Scenario 1:
The power should be submitted from grid (overhead line) 66Kv to EBLA Gas Plant bus-bar 11Kv through EBLA power transformer 66/11Kv by synchronizing system in two cases:
- Dead Bus
- Live Bus
Scenario 2:
The power should be submitted from bus-bar 11Kv in EBLA MCC Gas Plant to 66Kv bus-bar in parallel with the 66Kv grid (Overhead Line).
Scenario 3:
The power should be submitted from bus-bar 66Kv bus-bar to both EBLA Gas Plant & SMAGP in same time.
Scenario 4:
The power from 66kv grid (Overhead Line) is OFF. The power should be transferred from 11kv Bus-bar in EBLA MCC Gas Plant to 66kv Bus-bar through EBLA power transformer 66/11kv (Reverse Power).
Scenario 5:
The power transformer 66/3.3kv of SMAGP Gas Plant, 15MVA, should connected to Bus-bar 66kv to supply SMAG plant loads (where the Grid 66kv is OFF and 66/11kv transformer of EBLA Gas Plant is energized).
