JIHAR Field Facilities (STAGE-I & STAGE-II) Rehabilitation Project

Description:

JIHAR Gas Plant is Located 45 KM North-West of Palmyra city, deigned to process 4.3 MMSCMD of gas gathered from Jihar & Mahr gas fields.
The aim of this project is to develop a new design by modifying the existing one taking into account maximum exploitation of remaining facilities that could be hardly rehabilitate, in order to reach the optimum solution for liquid separation, stabilization, pumping to T4 Station without affecting the existing process.

After executing the Stage I & II of this project
The Outcome Products become as the Following:

• Export Gas Capacity is 3.2 Milion M3 / Day.
• Oil/Condensate Capacity is 5000 Barrel / Day.

1. Basic Engineering & Detailed Design.
2. HAZOP Package.
3. Procurement.
4. Construction (Including: Survey, Site Preparation, Earthworks, Fabrication, Welding, NDT, Grit Blast & Painting, Backfilling, Hydro-Test, Earthing & Lightning, Heat Tracing, Lighting, Cathodic Protection, MCC, Control System, FGS System ...etc) for the Following Area Units:
   - Assestant In Extinguishing Blowing Oil & Gas Wellheads.
   - Re-Habilitate X-Tree, Hook-up & Flowlines.

   - Gas Sepparation Area.
   - Gas De-Hydration Unit.
   - Fuel Gas System.
   - Closed Drain System.
   - Produced Water System.
   - Power Generation System.
   - Instrument Air Package System.
   - Flare System.
   - Control & MCC Building.
   - AUX. Units.
   - Gas Compressor Units.
   - Chiller Package.
   - Fire Fighting System.
   - Open Drain System.

JIHAR Field Facilities STAGE-I & STAGE-II MCC / Control Buildings:

ASAS Constructed New MCC/Control Buildings in All HPC JIHAR Field Plant & Gathering Stations (GTP-JIHAR-STAGE II-AL MAHR) which Equipied with Stat-Of-The Art of MCC Panels & Control System in Order to Operate These Stations Safe & Sound.
All the Construction Activities has been done Perfectly by the Efforts of ASAS Manpower.
